1) Position/Title:  Warehouse Associate

Location:  Charlotte, NC
Department: Warehouse

Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:
- General warehouse duties including picking, packing, wrapping and labeling of outgoing products as well as creation/processing of shipping documents.
- Loading and unloading trucks by forklift truck and/or pallet jack.
- Receiving raw materials and products as well as the processing of the warehouse receipt documents.
- Move raw materials to the production area and move finished products to the warehouse/shipping area.
- May need to drive trucks or cars to and from vendors when required.
- Maintain inventory control by following organization standards.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping supply area, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Positively contribute to team environment by performing miscellaneous tasks as requested.

Education/Experience Desired:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years warehouse experience as well as forklift experience, time management, reporting skills, documentation skills, equipment maintenance, data entry skills and dependability.  High School Diploma required.

 
2) Position/Title:  Mechanical Assembler/Maintenance Technician
Location:  Charlotte, NC
Department: Warehouse

Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble gearboxes and winches according to internal procedures and specifications
- Read and interpret drawings, sketches and written instructions to assemble our products, meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements.
- Pull parts needed to build products by forklift according to the pull-sheet.
- Ensure quality by looking for faulty components or parts.
- Test finished products to ensure functionality.
- Be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping supply area and complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Positively contribute to a team environment by accomplishing other tasks requested of you in a timely fashion.

Education/Experience Desired:
The ideal candidate will have five plus years warehouse experience as well as forklift experience, time management, reporting skills, documentation skills, equipment maintenance, possible data entry and dependability.  High School Diploma required.
