Dinamic Oil for Sugar Industry

Cane crushing season in India is approaching, 2.000.000 Nm gearboxes for Sugar Industry are ready to be installed.

New Planetary Winch Drives up to 520,000 Nm (T2 FEM)

Dinamic Oil has added 5 new sizes of rotating case planetary gearboxes to its WD series. The drives come in 12 sizes with FEM (L2 T5 M5) torque ratings ranging from 18,000 Nm to 520,000 Nm. Customizable solutions are also available for torque values of up to 1,000,000 Nm.
To ensure an isostatic load distribution on the winch, Dinamic Oil’s WD - Winch Drive Series was designed with a single supporting bearing. The external negative static disc brake facilitates maintenance as required in marine applications.

Dinamic Oil winches is helping to supply the ever growing need of water, the most essential element of life to humanity.

Over 3000 years ago, a man fashioned together a strange apparatus of bamboo, cord, rocks, and timber and began twirling, twisting, and pounding his way into the earth in search of that most precious of all minerals - WATER! Today drilling rigs are used to drill water wells, oil wells, or natural gas extraction wells and can be mobile equipment mounted on trucks, tracks or trailers, permanent land or marine-based structures, or small enough to be moved manually by one person.
Dinamic Oil winches have been chosen to drive the lastest Fraste water well drilling rig. Good value for money and quick, easy installation in any position, even in cramped spaces, are the features of Dinamic Oil winches designed to satisfy the needs of companies that manufacture drilling machinery. They come in two versions: complete winch or motorized drum. The motorized drum version allows the winch to be housed directly in the machine frame.
45 years of experience constantly improved by research and development allows us to offer customized winches and planetary gearboxes for drilling machines.

Dinamic Oil gearboxes is helping to overcome the growing environmental problem of waste recycling.

Recycling is important in today’s world if we want to leave this planet for our future generations. More than 60% of the rubbish that ends up in trash bins and 80% of a vehicle can be recycled, glass can be 100% reused and recycled.

Dinamic Oil gearboxes have been chosen to drive the lastest Bano Recycling industrial shredder. Dinamic Oil gearboxes are providing the modularity, lightweight and compact performance required on this machine, designed for shredding wood, cardboard, PET-PVC, tyre, aluminium and much more.

45 years of experience constantly improved by research and development allows us to offer customized planetary gearboxes for shredding machines.

At Bauma 2016 Dinamic Oil will present its new Electronic Load Detection System

Dinamic Oil’s new Electronic Load Detection System is to be mounted on the winch structure according to the customers’ requirements. This new system can use an analog or digital signal to control lifting, lowering load, and torque. The Electronic Load Detection System allows the load control of the crane’s winch while displaying its value on the remote control making every movement easy and safe.
Output Data:
Calculated hoisting load (kg)
Drum speed (rpm)
Rotation direction (Clockwise or Counterclokwise)
Working layer
Pre Alarm
As option you can add analog output proportional to the torque:
4-20 mA proportional to the torque value
Customized versions

Dinamic Oil gearboxes for Goliat oil platfom in the Barents Sea

Eni has started production of Goliat, the first oil field to start production in the Barents Sea, located in a ice-free area in the Barents Sea off Norway has a water depth of about 400m and sets the industry standard as activity migrates ever further north.

12 Dinamic Oil GB series gearboxes drives 3 mooring winches, installed on the Goliat oil platform, to handle a total of 14 mooring lines.

The entire project involves about USD 6 billion in direct investment. The field is estimated to contain reserves amounting to about 180 million barrels of oil and is expected to be in production for at least fifteen years. The daily output will reach 100,000 barrels of oil per day.

Dinamic Oil gearboxes for “Dogancay Tunnel Project” in Turkey.

Metro transportation is an indispensible issue for solving traffic problem for metropolitan areas. Therefore, every year metropolitan municipalities spend a lot of money for metro tunnel construction from their budget. Thanks to recent technological breakthroughs, tunnels up to 15 meters in diameter are dug with Tunnel Boring Machines.
With a design that ensures high performance in compact dimensions, Dinamic Oil GB series gearboxes have been chosen to drive TBMs used for the “Dogancay Tunnel Project”. Countless customized solutions make this gearbox range adaptable to any kind of application where compact and reliable mechanical transmission is needed.

Dinamic Oil winches for the oceanographic ship SONNE.

Dinamic Oil winches were chosen for the deck cranes of oceanographic ship SONNE.
The ship is 116 meters long, 20,6 wide and can accommodate up to 40 scientists in addition to the 35-member strong crew. Furthermore, the ship provides space for up to 25 twenty-foot containers with material.
The Indian Ocean and the Pacific is the research vessels main areas of application. Both oceans have a big influence one the world climate, which is why their exploration becomes more and more important. The SONNE will also contribute to answer other scientifically and socially relevant questions, especially in respect to the supply with marine raw materials and the human impact on earths ecosystems.
